Simple Indian Food





In these stressful times our lives have been turned upside down. A new normal exists Our daily lives take on a Groundhog Day quality for many of us.  It's the same routine everyday... to churn out a gamut of meals as everyone is housebound. So here is a short list of easy to make meals. Some entail a little more work than others. The recipes are yours to parse, to tinker with or just follow. 

An typical Indian meal comprises of a meat, vegetable sides, dal, rice and/or roti. Here are a few recipes in that order.
